Contract Signing

— Now that this step is complete, the next actions involve:

  • Sending the invoice for the 50% down payment,
  • Establishing the project workflow and
  • Collecting the necessary materials.

Invoice

— Once you submit the contract, please check your email. The invoice will be sent via your email shortly after.

  • 50% Downpayment: -To start the project, we require a 50% downpayment. You can make this payment using the method specified in the invoice.
  • 50% Final Payment:The remaining 50% balance will be collected once the chosen hour plan have been fully used.

The Workflow

— You’ll get a timeline for the project that tells you when it starts, when there are key points in the project, and when we expect to finish. If this schedule changes, we’ll let you know right away.

Collecting Materials

— To ensure the smooth progress of the project, there may be certain materials, data, or assets that we’ll need from you. These materials could include content, images, documents, or any other resources relevant to the project.

Timely submission of these materials will help us maintain project timelines.
