Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, Dianne Solano, our valued client. One way we accomplish this is by ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of what is expected. This contract outlines the scope of work, hourly plan, project timeline, and payment terms for this project.

Description of Work

This project will be completed under an hourly plan. The Premium Plan includes 30 hours of design and development support. These hours can be used for any tasks related to website design, development, and technical support.

The services included in this hourly plan may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website page design
  • Website troubleshooting
  • Email marketing setup
  • Contact list setup
  • Domain setup
  • Website migration
  • Course setup
  • Landing page design
  • Website updates and edits
  • Technical support
  • Any scope of work related to website design and development

Premium Plan Details

Premium Plan: 30 Hours
Project Rate: $300 USD
Plan Coverage: Design, Development, Technical Support

These hours will be tracked and reported weekly through the shared workspace.

Timeline

The project timeline will depend on the scope and availability of tasks submitted. Work will begin once the initial payment and required materials are received.

The client agrees to provide feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays in project completion.

Needed Materials

To begin the project, the following materials may be required:

  • Website access
  • Platform logins (WordPress, Kajabi, Wix, etc.)
  • Branding assets (logo, fonts, colors)
  • Content and images
  • Domain and hosting access (if applicable)
  • Email marketing platform access (if applicable)

Project Quote and Payment Terms

Premium Plan (30 Hours): $300 USD

The payment schedule is as follows:

  • 50% Initial Downpayment: $150 USD
  • 50% Remaining Balance: $150 USD

The initial downpayment is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be collected once the purchased hours are consumed or before continuing additional work.

Hour Tracking

Hours will be tracked and updated regularly. The client will receive updates showing:

  • Hours used
  • Hours remaining
  • Tasks completed

This ensures transparency throughout the project.

Additional Hours

If additional hours are required beyond the 30-hour Premium Plan, the client will be notified before continuing. Additional hours will require approval and payment.

Revisions

Revisions are included within the purchased hours. Any revision requests will be deducted from the remaining time balance.

Authorization

The Client authorizes Creationic Studio to access necessary accounts for the purpose of completing project tasks. Access will only be used for project-related work.

Confidentiality

Creationic Studio agrees to keep all client information confidential. Any shared materials, logins, or business information will remain secure and private.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any completed work and consumed hours will be billed accordingly. Remaining balance must be settled before final delivery.

Project Approval
