Project Service Agreement
for Layla Tourh
This Agreement is entered into between Creationic Studio (“Service Provider”) and Layla Tourh (“Client”) upon purchase of the selected service package.
1. Scope of Services
Creationic Studio will provide services included within the purchased package, which may include website updates, graphics, funnel support, automation setup, troubleshooting, coding, and related digital services.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Payment confirms acceptance of this Agreement and package terms.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Project Setup & Management
- A Trello board will be created for project management and communication.
- The Client will submit tasks, requests, content, files, and feedback through Trello.
4. Time Tracking
- All tasks and projects are tracked using a time-tracking system.
- Time spent will be deducted from the purchased package hours.
- Weekly detailed reports will be provided through the Trello board for transparency.
5. Package Hours
- Services are limited to the hours included in the purchased package.
- Once all purchased hours are consumed, work will be paused.
- Additional work will require the purchase of another package before services can continue.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide necessary content, files, access credentials, and instructions.
- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner.
- Review completed work and provide approvals when required.
7. Communication
Project communication, updates, task requests, and reporting will be managed through the designated Trello board whenever possible.
8. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, task complexity, and package level. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Creationic Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, business interruptions, third-party platform issues, or damages arising from services provided.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Project Approval
By completing and submitting the form below, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
