1. Services
Creationic Studio provides branding and website design services, including the following signature offer:
- One Week Brand and Website
Website development is available exclusively on:
- WordPress
- Kajabi
2. Project Timeline
The One Week Brand and Website package is completed within approximately one week once all required content, assets, and access have been received.
Delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals may affect the timeline.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide all required content, images, and login details promptly.
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure they own or have permission to use all supplied materials.
4. Payments
Full payment or agreed installment payments must be completed before project commencement.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
5. Additional Work
Services outside the original scope are considered additional work and will incur extra fees.
Current add-ons include:
- Blog Page + Blog Post Template: $300
- Podcast Page + Podcast Template: $300
- Sales Page: $800
- Additional Custom Pages: $300 each
6. Third-Party Costs
Clients are responsible for all third-party expenses, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration
- Website hosting
- Premium software subscriptions
- Email marketing platforms
- Stock photography
- Elementor Pro license (required if WordPress is selected)
These fees are separate from the service price.
7. Revisions
The project includes reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
8. Refund Policy
All payments are final.
Due to the time and resources allocated to each project, all services are non-refundable.
9. Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed website and brand assets, excluding third-party licenses, fonts, stock imagery, and software subscriptions.
10. Portfolio Rights

11. Limitation of Liability
Creationic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided.
12. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
